We love to travel and we know how important it is to find comfortable, beautiful, clean accommodation in a good location. That’s why all our apartments are located in the heart of Yerevan! Our task is to do everything so that your vacation is wonderful and you can appreciate the hospitality of Armenia in all its magnitude! So that your trip will be remembered by you as one of the best!
This is probably the best place to stay in whole Yerevan. Super central, but still very quite with lots of bars and restaurants around. This place is very well equipped and I’ve missed nothing at all. Wifi is incredibly fast and communication with Vars and Gohar is outstanding. For me as a long term traveller they have been so helpful with tons of information. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back one day!

The appartment was amazing, nearby to everything in Yerevan, yet very calm. It is clean and cozy. We had a great time with the family and will visit again for sure when we are in town.

The apartment was so adorable! The location was great, it's close to a SAS market and several restaurants. Its very close to Republic Square. They have tours in English and Russian as well. The tour van has WiFi and they are very accommodating. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off too. They have very affordable tours and are incredibly friendly.
Прекрасное место, ребята молодцы, организация выше всяких похвал. Как будто приехали в свою квартиру в Ереване. Комплектация 100 процентная,есть все. Новая евродвушка. Весь город в 100 метрах. Ни одного вопроса даже у самого занудного путешественника не возникнет. Totally recomindasion.
It was a very pleasant stay - the apartment is clean and comfortable and located in a new building. The location is great and couldn't be better in Yerevan. The only thing is that the water pressure is rather weak, but you can still take a shower without any problems. So I highly recommend this place.

It is a very comfortable place to stay, both long term and for a short stay! For me personally it is a big plus that the place has a very laptop friendly environment) don’t hesitate to book this place.
